Broker Bridge is the Broker Management System for DLCG. It is a single platform that holds the authoritative information about everyone in the network: head office staff, principal brokers, owners, branch leaders, brokers, and agents across DLC, MCC and MA.
One login. One profile per person. One source of truth.
Broker Bridge is built as a hub-and-spoke ecosystem. The hub is the core platform itself, holding identity, hierarchy, and access for everyone in the network. Eight functional areas radiate outward from the hub, each one a distinct capability that connects back to the central source of truth.

This piece walks you through what Broker Bridge includes, area by area, so you finish with a clear picture of the full platform. The sections below cover the hub first, then each of the eight spokes in turn.
The Hub: The Core Platform
Four capabilities sit at the centre of everything.
Single Login (SSO). One username and password into Broker Bridge and every tool connected to it. The foundation of the single sign-on experience.
Unified Broker Directory. The authoritative record for every person across all three brands. The data layer everything else reads from.
Self-Serve Profile Management. People update their own contact info, social links, addresses, and emergency contacts. Ops stops being the middle layer for routine updates.
Onboarding and Off-boarding. Bringing people in or removing them happens entirely inside Broker Bridge. Documents, workflows, and connected systems update automatically. Manual handoffs between intranet, payroll, and compliance disappear.
The Eight Spokes
Reporting and Performance. Production reporting, financial reporting, and the live Leaderboard. Rewards programs like MPP and DLC Awards run on Broker Bridge data. For Ops, network-wide visibility becomes a query, not a spreadsheet project.
Connect Payroll and Payments. Commission statements, expense management, compliance holds, and adjustments flow through the connection between Broker Bridge and payroll. This is where data accuracy in the hub has the most immediate financial consequence.
Marketing and Media. DMC Media Corp, the Marketing Library, Gold Rush and Campaign Assets, and DLCG Merch. Marketing pulls from Broker Bridge data, so accurate hierarchy in the hub directly shapes what marketing can deliver.\
Operations and Support. Zendesk Support, an AI Support Agent at Tier 0, a Knowledge Base, and Operations Assistance. The AI Support Agent handles routine questions automatically. Ops focuses on the cases that need real judgment.
External Integrations. Credit bureaus (Equifax, TransUnion), lenders, insurance partners, calculators, and compliance vendors. A misconfigured external ID in a profile can break a credit pull, which makes this the area most sensitive to data quality.
AI and Intelligence. Predictive insights, automated reporting and alerts, AI Essentials, and the AI chatbot already in development. The hub provides the clean data foundation. The AI layer above does the prediction and the automation.
Training and Compliance. AML Training, Compliance Certification, Enterprise Training Programs, and the Video and Learning Library. Training records, compliance status, and certification expiry dates all live in one place tied to the right person.
Websites and Digital Presence. National Websites, Franchise and Agent Websites, Event Websites, and Lead Routing. When a person updates their profile, their public-facing website updates automatically.
