One login. One directory. One source of truth across all the networks. Watch the short video below to see how it all connects.
If you run a brokerage today, the work is scattered. Agent records live in one place, performance numbers in another, licensing in a spreadsheet, payroll somewhere else. BrokerBridge is the new Broker Management System of DLCG, and it pulls all of that onto one platform. Onboarding new agents, tracking performance through Leaderboard, managing compliance and licensing, building your team's digital presence, and connecting to payroll all live in one place.
One login. One source of truth. One platform for your entire brokerage.
How it is built
BrokerBridge is built as a hub-and-spoke ecosystem. At the centre sits the core platform that holds identity, hierarchy, and access for everyone in your franchise. Eight functional areas radiate outward from that hub, each one a distinct capability that connects back to the central source of truth.

At the Centre: The Hub
Four capabilities sit at the heart of BrokerBridge.
Single Login. One username and one password into BrokerBridge and every tool connected to it.
Unified Broker Directory. The authoritative record for every person in your franchise across DLC, MA, and MCC.
Self-Serve Profile Management. Your team updates their own contact information, social links, and addresses directly. Updates flow through to every connected system automatically.
Onboarding and Off-boarding. Bringing new agents on or removing those who leave both happen entirely inside BrokerBridge. The platform tracks the workflow, captures the right documents, and updates connected systems for you.
Around the Hub: The 8 Spokes
Everything else your brokerage runs on connects back to that hub. Each spoke is its own capability, and each one reads from and writes to the same central record, so nothing falls out of sync.
Reporting and Performance. Production reporting, financial reporting, and the live Leaderboard. Rewards programs like MPP and DLC Awards run on BrokerBridge data.
Connect Payroll and Payments. Commission statements, expense management, compliance holds, and adjustments flow through the connection between BrokerBridge and payroll.
Marketing and Media. DMC Media Corp, the Marketing Library, Gold Rush and Campaign Assets, and DLCG Merch.
Operations and Support. Zendesk Support, an AI Support Agent at Tier 0, a Knowledge Base, and Operations Assistance.
External Integrations. Credit bureaus, lenders, insurance partners, calculators, and compliance vendors.
AI and Intelligence. Predictive insights, automated reporting and alerts, and the AI chatbot already in development.
Training and Compliance. AML Training, Compliance Certification, Enterprise Training Programs, and the Video and Learning Library.
Websites and Digital Presence. National Websites, Franchise and Agent Websites, Event Websites, and Lead Routing.
What this means for your brokerage
In practice, BrokerBridge means less manual work for you and your staff, faster onboarding when new agents come on, and real-time visibility through Leaderboard. Licensing renewals stay tied to the person, not buried in a spreadsheet. And when you are actively recruiting, BrokerBridge gives you a cleaner story to tell prospective agents about the platform they will be working with.
A simpler, more consistent structure
BrokerBridge is built on one hierarchy that works the same way across all three networks. DLC, MA, and MCC share the same shape, the same containers, and the same flow from the top of the organization down to the individual person.
This is a deliberate design choice. One universal structure replaces three different ones, which makes reporting easier, makes navigation across networks easier, and gives DLCG a single backbone to build on for everything that comes next.
Where to start
You do not need to learn all of this at once. Your first step as an owner is the Franchise Owners' Checklist, which walks you through reviewing your franchise in BrokerBridge so your records are accurate before launch. Start there, and the rest of the platform will open up from your work in those few steps.
