Legacy IDs

Legacy IDs are the link between a record in BrokerBridge and its corresponding record in one of the three legacy systems (DLC, MCC, or MA). The link works for every user type: franchise, team, and person.
Why Legacy IDs matter
The legacy systems do not disappear the moment BrokerBridge launches. They continue to hold history, records, and reference data that other systems read from. Legacy IDs make sure that the same person, team, or franchise in BrokerBridge is recognized as the same entity in the legacy system. No duplicates. No broken lookups.
Note: If you are creating a new user, the legacy system must be set up first. The legacy ID is created at that point, then carried into BrokerBridge.
Where to find them
Each of the three networks stores legacy IDs in a slightly different place. The instructions below cover all three.
DLC Network
DLC stores legacy IDs in three different places depending on whether you are looking up a franchise, a team, or an agent.
Franchise
From the DLC Administration menu, go to Franchise Offices > Browse, then select the franchise. The legacy ID appears in two places: the URL (franchise_details.php?id=13) and the Franchise Number field at the top of the franchise details page. Both should match.

Team
From the franchise's details page, navigate to the Branch Offices section and select a specific location. The legacy ID is in the URL only (franchise_address.php?id=15). There is no separate field on the page.

Agent
From the DLC Administration menu, go to Brokers > Browse Active, then select the agent. The legacy ID is in the User Id field within the agent's profile.

MCC Network
MCC stores the legacy ID in the same place for every user type (franchise, team, or agent).
Go to Head Office > Admin Members > Manage Members and open the member's profile. The legacy ID is in the Member User Key field in the Edit Member section.

MA Network
MA also stores the legacy ID in the same place for every user type.
In the MA Link Broker Directory, open the broker's profile. The legacy ID is in the URL after ?a= (for example, viewBroker/?a=12522 means the legacy ID is 12522).
