Invitations & Account Setup
When were the franchise owners' invites sent? I still haven't received mine.
Invites went out to all franchise owners between May 25th and May 29th, 2026. They were sent only to the people listed as owners in our records, so if you've recently become an owner, we may not have you on file yet. Either way, email us at brokerbridge-support@dlcg.ca and we'll look into it and get you set up.
My BrokerBridge onboarding link has expired. What should I do next?
Your BrokerBridge onboarding link is valid for 7 days. If you try to set up your account after that window, the link will no longer work. Just email brokerbridge-training@dlcg.ca and we'll send you a fresh invite.
I was trying to set up my BrokerBridge account and received an email asking me to enter a code, but the code doesn't appear. The email is blank. What should I do next?
This usually comes down to how the email is loading rather than a problem with the code itself. An outdated email app or an unstable internet connection can stop the message from displaying properly, which leaves it looking blank. The quickest thing to try is opening the same email in a different email app to see if the code shows up there. If it's still blank, send a screenshot of the email to brokerbridge-support@dlcg.ca and we'll take a look.
Our franchise has more than one owner. Do all of us need to complete the Franchise Owners' Checklist?
Yes. Because BrokerBridge tracks the checklist at the owner level rather than the franchise level, each owner needs to complete it within their own login. How much work each step takes, though, depends on the step.
Steps 1 and 2 are personal to each owner. Every owner needs to confirm their own personal details (Step 1) and make sure they can access the Documents section in BrokerBridge (Step 2). These two cannot be done on anyone else's behalf.
Steps 3, 4, and 5 cover shared franchise information: your franchise details (Step 3), your team structure (Step 4), and your active agents (Step 5). This information only needs to be reviewed and confirmed once, and any one owner can do that. However, because BrokerBridge records completion per owner, every owner still needs to mark Steps 3, 4, and 5 as complete within their own login, even if another owner did the actual review.
In short: each owner completes Steps 1 and 2 themselves, any one owner can handle the review in Steps 3 to 5, and then every owner marks all five steps complete in their own checklist.
When will my team leaders and agents receive their BrokerBridge invites? Will they get training?
We don't have confirmed dates for team leader and agent invites just yet. Training will be built into their rollout, so your team won't be left to figure things out on their own. As soon as the dates are set, our marketing team will send out all the details, so keep an eye out for that communication.
I've recently become a franchise owner but wasn't invited to set up my BrokerBridge account. What should I do next?
Congratulations, and welcome. Invites went only to the people listed as owners in our records when the first round went out, so if you've become an owner since then, we likely don't have you on file yet. Email us at brokerbridge-support@dlcg.ca and one of our team will get you set up.
Can I have my office manager or assistant help set up and manage our franchise in BrokerBridge, or does it have to be me?
Absolutely. As a franchise owner, you can choose which of your staff members have access to BrokerBridge, and they can take care of the Franchise Owners' Checklist on your behalf. To set up a staff member's account, email us at brokerbridge-training@dlcg.ca and one of our team will get them added for you.
Signing In, Security and Password Reset
Where do I actually go to log in to BrokerBridge? Should I bookmark it?
Yes, bookmark it in your favourite browser so it's always one click away. The link is https://login.brokerbridge.dlcg.ca/.
Is my BrokerBridge login the same as my Velocity login, or separate?
For now, it's separate. In Velocity, you could sign in with either the username or the email address on your account, along with your password. BrokerBridge works a little differently. Most owners were invited to set up their account using the email address their network operations team provided, with only a few exceptions. If you're not sure which email address that is, reach out to us at brokerbridge-training@dlcg.ca and we'll confirm it for you.
Keep in mind that BrokerBridge is still being built. The long-term vision is for all the tools we provide to our brokers to live inside BrokerBridge, so this may become more connected over time. For now, though, the two logins are separate.
Is it mandatory to set up MFA on BrokerBridge?
Yes. Multi-factor authentication (MFA) is required for every account for security reasons, and it adds a second layer of protection beyond your password. You're free to use whichever authenticator app you prefer, so if you already have one you trust, you can stick with it.
I want to reset my BrokerBridge password but I'm not receiving the link by email. What should I do next?
The password reset link is sent to the same email address you use to log in to BrokerBridge. If it's not in your inbox, check your spam or junk folder first, as it can sometimes land there. If you still can't find it, email us at brokerbridge-support@dlcg.ca and one of our team will look into it for you.
I've lost the phone I set up BrokerBridge MFA on, and now I have a new phone. How do I set up MFA again?
No problem. Email brokerbridge-support@dlcg.ca and we'll reset MFA on your account. Once that's done, you'll be able to set up MFA on your new phone from scratch, just like you did the first time.
How can I access BrokerBridge when I'm not in Canada?
You can use BrokerBridge while travelling or working outside Canada. For security reasons, access from some regions is restricted. If you find you can't reach BrokerBridge from where you are, connecting through a VPN will usually resolve it. Choose a server in a supported location, then log in as you normally would. If you're still having trouble, email brokerbridge-training@dlcg.ca and we'll help you get connected.
Using BrokerBridge
How do I onboard new agents in BrokerBridge?
Onboarding currently works only through your legacy intranet. Please reach out to your network operations team if you need help with it. Once onboarding is complete on the legacy intranet, your new agent's information will appear in BrokerBridge within one to two weeks.
When I click Edit on my Profile page and try to save a change, the Save button doesn't appear. What's happening?
Your Profile page has four sections: Personal Basics, Franchise Association, Address Information, and License(s). Three of them, Personal Basics, Address Information, and License(s), each have their own Edit button.
When you open one of these three sections, the other two lock until you finish, so you'll need to click Save or Cancel there before you can edit anywhere else. While you're in edit mode, make sure you complete every field marked as required. If even one required field is left blank, the Save button won't appear, which is the most common reason it seems to be missing. Fill in the outstanding field and it'll show up.
The fourth section, Franchise Association, doesn't have an Edit button. That information is maintained by Head Office, so it's read-only on your end. If anything there looks incorrect, email brokerbridge-support@dlcg.ca and we'll get it sorted.
Does BrokerBridge replace Velocity? Are my deals and my agents' pipelines moving into it?
No. BrokerBridge is a Broker Management System that will, over time, replace the legacy intranets used by DLC, MCC, and MA. It has no impact on the system you use for deal submissions. You and your agents will keep submitting deals in Velocity exactly as you do today.
What is Leaderboard, and who can see my numbers and my agents' numbers?
Leaderboard is a performance feature built into BrokerBridge that tracks funded volume across your franchise, and network. It gives each person a view of where they stand, tailored to their role, which is why it lives inside BrokerBridge rather than as a separate tool.
What you can see depends on your role:
An agent sees their own profile and their own funded volume.
A Team Lead sees themselves and their team members.
A Franchise Owner sees all the team leaders and agents within their franchise.
Your own funded volume stays private from other owners. Franchise Owner A cannot see Franchise Owner B's funded volume, and the reverse is equally true.
For rankings, you'll see every franchise within your network alongside your own network rank. You won't see the funded volume behind those other franchises, only their positions in the ranking.
Is there a cost to use BrokerBridge?
There's no additional cost. BrokerBridge is a Broker Management System built by DLCG exclusively for franchises in the DLC, MCC, and MA networks, and it's included in the monthly fee you already pay your network. Nothing extra is added on top.
