Confirming Your Franchise

What to do as a franchise owner
When you log in to BrokerBridge for the first time, you will see your franchise, your teams, and your agents already in the system. The work is to go through it and confirm it matches how your brokerage actually runs.
If your franchise structure or team setup is wrong here, the data that flows from it later, your reporting, your performance numbers, your team's records, will be wrong too.
Leaderboard is part of the BrokerBridge launch. Live insights across every team member, real-time rankings across DLC, MA, and MCC, refreshed continuously. Once your confirmation is in, Leaderboard switches on for your franchise.
You have one month to confirm. Franchises that miss the window will be locked out of Leaderboard in July until they confirm all the information.
What you are confirming
Four areas. Nothing else falls on you at this stage.
Your franchise. The basic details about your franchise: name, licenses, contracts, main contact. This is how your business shows up on the platform.
Your teams. Each team and sub-team operating under your franchise, with the team leads, addresses, and effective dates that go with them.
Your agents. The list of agents working in your teams. Right people, right roles, right status. You are not reviewing each agent's profile in detail. Your agents will do that themselves when their invitations go out.
You. Your own personal information, your franchise associations, your address, and your licensing details.
Those four areas are the full scope of what your confirmation covers.
What you will see when you log in
When you log in for the first time, you land on the Franchise Owner Portal. A left-hand-side menu lists everything available to you. The section you will use is called MY ORGANIZATION.
Inside MY ORGANIZATION, you will find four areas that map directly to the four above:
Franchise for your franchise
Team for your teams
Person for your agents
Overview for you
You will spend your time moving between these four areas as you work through the confirmation.
This is a one-time exercise. After confirmation, the data stays current through normal operations and through self-serve updates by your team.
A few things to keep in mind
You are confirming, not building. The data is already in BrokerBridge. Your job is to look at what is there and confirm it matches reality. Focus on the structure being right, not on every field being perfect.
Your team is next. Once your confirmation is in, your team leads and agents receive their own invitations to confirm their profiles. Their input is what powers your broker websites, the national directory, and lead generation for your franchise.
