As soon as they're announced, we'll post the full recordings here so you can watch at your own pace, along with the registration links for any upcoming live calls. Check back here, and use the contacts below any time a question comes up in the meantime.

Use this address for questions about how to use BrokerBridge, what something means, or how to complete a step. Also use it if you did not receive your invite, or if you cannot log in.

Technical issues

Use this address if something on BrokerBridge is not working the way it should. Errors, broken pages, missing data, or features behaving unexpectedly.
Examples:
I'm getting an error when I click Save.
The page won't load.
My data is showing incorrectly.
A feature isn't working the way the guide says it should.
Not sure which one to use?
If you are asking "how do I do X?" → email the Training Team. If you are saying "X isn't working" → email BrokerBridge Support.
